1st visit service

Must say, in view of the fact that human nature Unfortunately, is such that when bad service is recereceived one is all too happy to jump up and and down complaining. It's about time we learned to appreciate and acknowledged good service. My first visit to this store was much too near perfect. I met a lady called Jayne, and a beautiful woman called charlotte. Both delivered a mature, courteous and well informed professional service. Want to say well done! And thank you. Bring back the cottage type service with a smile I say.
